FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT - JULY 17TH!
Everyone is invited to an evening of food, family & fun! Please join us for La Reina Family Movie Night, sponsored by the La Reina Dad's Committee, on Tuesday, July 17th. Tacos will be served at 6:00 p.m. and the movie begins at 7:00 p.m. Bring your entire family for a casual summer evening and don't forget your lawn chairs and blankets.

DIVYA MANTHENA QUALIFIES FOR U.S. WOMEN'S AMATEUR PUBLIC LINKS
Congratulations to Divya Manthena '14 who qualified for the U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links which begins June 18th at Neshanic Valley Golf Course in New Jersey. Manthena earned a spot by shooting even-par 73 at a qualifying event at Center Square Golf Club in Norristown, PA.

SUMMER SPEECH & DEBATE WORKSHOPS!
Summer Speech and Debate workshops at La Reina are open to high school and junior high students. Activity points will be awarded to junior high students for their participation (4 activity points for students who participate in both weeks). Speech Credits will be awarded for high school students who successfully complete the workshop (2 credits per session, of the 5 required towards graduation). The cost is: $250 per session.
The sessions will run:
July 16 - 20, Monday - Friday
11-2:00pm - Speech
3:00-6:00pm - Debate
July 23-27, Monday - Friday
11-2:00pm - Speech
3:00-6:00pm - Debate
Students may select to study either Lincoln Douglas, Policy, or Parliamentary debate. They will also select either Humorous, Dramatic, Thematic, or Original speeches to prepare for competition. Students are encouraged to take BOTH sessions of the workshop. For more information and to register for summer workshops please click here.
