HOST FAMILIES NEEDED FOR GERMAN EXCHANGE STUDENTS

Every year La Reina High School welcomes two exchange students from Liebfrauenschule in Vechta, Germany.  Liebfrauenschule is also sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame, so this exchange is an example of the internationality which characterizes the SND educational heritage.  This program has been in existence for 15 years.  Two host families are needed to “adopt” Annchristin Milke or Leah Hubbermann for four months—from late August through the third week in December, 2011.  Both girls are 15 years old.  Leah likes dancing and soccer and she plays guitar and keyboard. Annchristin studies ballet, plays soccer and is in Student Council. Both girls have studied English for 5 years.
